Bio:
We all knew eachother for a while before
we started, so we got together and started the Dead End Kidz. The Royal Canadian Legion (the basement of a War veterans bar) was our first
jamming place and we tried to record some songs there. They sounded like shit because the recording gear was the
worst shit. We
jammed about a week at the Legion before our first show, which the Ripcordz, and West Hooligan Brigade played
at. The show was a blast, and our name was put out there. Months passed us by and then we got kicked out of
the Legion. Jordan bought a cheap drum kit, for $200, through his uncle Greg's friend so then we could
jam at Jordan's. While jamming we found a little sony tape recorder, meant for like business conferences, and recorded
all the songs we had written. The sound quality was bad, the vocals were drowned out by the instruments, but you
could make out each of the noises somewhat. The quality sounded a little bit like The Casualties
- Early Years album. Then the jamming situation was getting tight again, because Jordan's folks didn't like
the noise level, but we kept jamming there for w hile. In summer of 2004 we recorded some songs with our friend Graham's,
and in April 2005 we released the self produced EP. As of mid-June 2005, an important band founding
member Otte left the band for better life in Edmonton, AB.
